Last updated August 2026. This is the whole policy. It’s short because we collect almost nothing.

What we collect

Your email address, and the page you joined from. If you choose to answer them, two optional questions: where your project is today, and which of our checks worries you most. No name, no company, nothing else. This site runs no tracking, analytics, or advertising scripts of any kind.

Where it lives

On our own infrastructure, which we run ourselves, plus two services that help us run it: one sends you this confirmation, the other keeps track of who to reach out to. Neither is an advertising or analytics platform, and we never sell your email.

What we use it for

Contacting you about your request for access to Ship It. Nothing else.

How to have it deleted

Email privacy@simplyship.itfrom the address you signed up with. We’ll delete it from our own records and from the service we use to keep track of who to contact, within 30 days, and confirm. Our email provider keeps its own record of the message we already sent you. That record expires on the provider’s own schedule, within 30 days, and we can’t remove it sooner.
